The Meditation retreat centre in Wilton offers weekend courses in self-development and Raja Yoga meditation which begin on Friday evening through to Sunday after lunch. Occasionally, shorter evening courses may be run which are more suited to local residents.
Everyone needs to book in for our retreats and our website system operates on a first come first served basis. Often our retreats can get booked out very quickly, however, if you add yourself to our waiting list there may still be a chance for you to attend the retreat you’re looking for.
We confirm all of our bookings a few days prior to the retreat and if anyone is unable to attend (who have already booked and got a confirmation of successful booking from us) and you’re on the waiting list - you may be accepted and be able to come.
